Our History

The master plan includes 720 acres of commercial and mixed-use land, allowing Deer Creek to attract exceptional businesses to the Ankeny community. Deer Creek will integrate local companies as well as large retail and office businesses.

You have a sense of place at Deer Creek. Walkable streets and park trails connect Deer Creek residents to the broader Ankeny community. Green spaces and parks scattered throughout the development provide families with numerous opportunities for outdoor entertainment.
